MVS Audio Visual were appointed by Prime Tower Property to cable for every eventuality and to install plasma screens and LCD's into the above property. Once the property was sold on MVS approached the new owner, informing him of the capability of the cabling. This in turn prompted the customer to upgrade the existing specification to Crestron control and the latest audio visual equipment around the property.

MVS installed a centralised system where all the equipment was fitted into one central location , each room was then supplied with a single Crestron controller, a screen and speaker system; from this the client could operate his blinds , access both Sky boxes, listen to music from the server,watch DVD's around the property and view his CCTV system, all from the touch of a button.

The blind and curtain system in this property was very comprehensive; Silent Gliss, a very well respected manufacturer provided the motorised system that controlled each set of blinds and curtains separately. MVS used a series of contact closures that spoke with the control system in order to achieve this.

As this property was a second home security was a prime concern. MVS allowed for a CCTV system to give the property full perimeter coverage using Day and Night Dome cameras and was linked to a Hard Drive recorder that could be accessed from a PC around the world 24/7.
